The gold Royal Series was issued between 1991 and 1997 to celebrate various breeds of dog. They are available in 5 sizes, from 1/25 to one ounce of pure gold. In order of issue, the dogs represented are the Corgi, Cocker Spaniel(subject for sale), Dachshund, Pekingese, Collie, Bulldog and Yorkshire Terrier. All sizes and years have a mintage of 1000 pieces each.

This is a very collectible series, especially for dog lovers! This is an extremely rare -even impossible to find- it took me about 4 years to collect all 5 coins!
