Some of the coins have a patina which can be seen in the pictures. Each is stamped on the side reading "24 KT GOLD ELECTROPLATE ON STERLING" with some makers stamps. Each coin has an image on one side while the back says the title of the piece and says "Rubens".

The chest is in good condition with the first 4 drawers each holding 25 coins while the bottom drawer is deeper and empty for more storage. Each coin measures approximately 44mm and weighs 1.02 troy ounce or 20.4dwt or 31.7grams.
