1989 1/20 Oz Liberty 9999 Fine Trade Coin In 18k Solid Yellow Gold Bezel Pendant

For your consideration, this Rare and Beautiful Vintage 1989 Johnson Matthey 1/20 Ounce Liberty Trade. 9999 Fine Gold Round Mounted in a Lovely 18K Solid Yellow Gold Open Concentric Circle Hinged Floating Pendant Bezel. The pendant measures approximately 7/8 of an inch, or about 22.22 millimeters, high, including the bale, by about 3/4 of an inch in diameter, and just over roughly 1/8 of an inch, or about 13.5 millimeters, deep. The bale opening is approximately 1/16 of an inch, or about 1.585 millimeters, wide. I have included a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.

The pendant/bezel is stamped on the interior, "18K", unsigned. The round is marked, "9999 Fine Gold 1/20 Troy Ounce", and signed, "JM", along with maker's marks. It has been discreetly acid tested as well.

Combined weight is approximately 4.1 grams. This pendant is in very good vintage condition, with only the expected light surface scratches and possibly very tiny dings in the gold bezel. I saw only some very light, tiny scratches to the faces of the coin. I lightly cleaned this, but it has not been professionally polished.
